Team Eccky responds to user questions Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm, Central European Time (CET). We generally get out responses to your questions within 1-2 working days. Depending on what state you’re in, Central European Time can be a difference of 6 to 12 hours, so please keep this in mind if you’re waiting for a response from us.
