Clearing students for graduation during any term is a detailed process that involves a manual check of a student’s record by your college ACA Coordinator. Once final clearances are determined, diplomas are typically mailed within 4-6 weeks following the commencement ceremony, excluding holidays. In the event of a holiday (i.e., Christmas), please allow an extra 2 weeks for delivery.
