How soon after receiving a rabies vaccination can animals fly?

I’ve always read the rabies vaccination has to have been given 30 days or more before travel, meaning if you vaccinated months ago (and the vaccine is still valid) the animals are good to go, you don’t need to vaccinate again. If it’s been less than 30 days, you have to wait. Double check with the government regulations in the country you are going to. Some government links are here. This is for dogs, I don’t know about cats or others.
