How soon after a pitbull has a litter can she breed again?
A female dog should not be bred more than once a year, no matter the breed, too many litters of puppies too close together can cause a weakening of the uterus making it more likely for the uterus to prolapse (collapse and fall out), this can be fatal, not to mention make her more likely to develope uterine cancer. I have a doberman rescued from a puppy mill and she was on the verge of death when we busted in, stillborn puppies, still in utero, prolapsed uterus, loss of a lot of blood, infection not to mention she was very neurotic about anyone touching her. She had had a litter every heat and was only 4 years old, plus its thought that it may have shortened her lifespan considerably, shes only 7 years old now, and i dont think she will live out the year. Have your dog spayed, if you are asking this question then you are not a qualified person to be breeding your dog, shes a pet, not a money maker.
