Robotics has been a favourite topic of Science Fiction literature. Going back to Asimov, or even further back in time, robots have always intrigued us. There have been many science fiction stories which either portray robots as evil or some as sensitive and emotional. But, how far have they evolved? Are we ever going to see robots or they will remain in the realm of fiction only? This article will try to see what is the situation of robotics these days.
