How similar are the telephone button presses on the new Voicemail system to those on the old Voicemail system?
On the new Voicemail system the very basic commands, which include such things as listening to new messages sending, and responding to messages, use single-digit commands just like the old system. However, the new Voicemail system has a different numbering scheme than the old system. The Voicemail quick reference document shows the button sequences for most common tasks. The document has the complete listing. Please print a copy to have on hand.
