Wire runs should not exceed 4,000 feet. A powered wireless receiver should be installed every 4th receiver. Only CAT5e cable should be used. Do not use existing phone lines to wire wireless receivers. Confirgure the wiring in a “daisy chain run” and connect all the wireless receivers.
