How should we take care of the homeless issue?
I agree that we have to examine the causes. In Australia, many of the homeless are psychiatric patients who were turned out when hospitals were closed. They cannot look after themselves. The second group is teenage runaways. Both of these need to be encouraged into group homes, and repatriated if possible-if not, continue to live in group home until financially independent, and be trained in a trade or given further education, with financial support from parents.
