How should we punish within the Criminal Justice System?
Hi Kaz Within our judicial system there is a broad range of measures by which we can mete out sentences. As a director of a community based restorative justice project I believe where possible CBRJ should be used as it is an holistic approach to addressing offences and helps bring healing and closure for victims, the offender and the wider community which may have been affected by the offence.
