At a minimum, applicants must address the applicable seven components (including the bulleted points under each) of the Confidentiality and Participant Protection; see pages 118–120 for additional information. If any of the components or subcomponents are not applicable or relevant to the proposed project, simply state that they are not applicable and explain why.
