How should the registered marks HANDLE SYSTEM, HANDLE.NET, and GLOBAL HANDLE REGISTRY appear?
All three marks should appear in unique stylization, and/or a different color from the other text to highlight their trademark significance. The preferred format is to use all capital letters, or at least initial capital letters. For HANDLE SYSTEM, HANDLE.NET, and GLOBAL HANDLE REGISTRY, these marks are all federally registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Accordingly, the ® symbol should be used with them, such as “By using the HANDLE SYSTEM® resolution service you will be able to better control access to your proprietary material on the Internet” and “HANDLE.NET® services are available to Internet users around the world”.
