How should the POIs be encoded in RLLOMAP and DC metadata records?

In RLLOMAP records exposed using the OAI-PMH, the POI should be encoded in the ‘1.1.2 entry’ field. The URL of the resource (if available) should be encoded in the ‘4.3 location’ field. In DC records exposed using the OAI-PMH, the POI should be encoded in the first ‘dc:identifier’ field and the URL (if available) in a second ‘dc:identifier’ field.
