How should the forms be submitted and what is the deadline for submitting a form?
After the IRB application is completed, it should be submitted to the Office for Responsible Research at 1138 Pearson Hall; only the original application, containing original signatures, and one set of all materials are required. Protocols must be submitted two full weeks prior to the scheduled IRB meeting if the study will be reviewed by the full committee. Not all studies require full committee review, and studies may be reviewed by a co-chair if they qualify for expedited or exempt review.
