How should schools and municipalities apply for our 2009 spring and fall grant rounds?
Applicants in these categories should apply for general operating support for a particular department within the larger municipality or school district. For example, municipalities could submit applications for their planning departments or community development programs; schools might apply for support for their guidance departments or after school programs; colleges and universities might submit applications for academic institutes or student services departments.
