How should returning students reactivate their accounts at the beginning of a new school year?
Students with existing member names and passwords do not need to reregister. • A returning student should log in with his or her existing member name and password. • If the content key attached to the student’s class key or keys has expired, the student will see the Subscription Expired screen and will be prompted to enter a valid class key. Teachers should tell students what class key to enter. • After entering a valid class key, the student is allowed into the program immediately. The student will be able to view all portfolio documents saved previously.
