How should retroactive changes that terminate a subscribers coverage prior to 12/31/2007 be handled?

To completely retro-terminate a subscriber, send a record to DOR with the set to true. There are two ways to “correct” the Coverage Dates electronically: 1. If the subscriber has only one coverage time span, send a record with eth set to true. 2. If the subscriber has multiple coverage time spans (i.e., breaks in coverage), submit a delete first, then corrected for each span.
