If a small quantity of wet paint remains in the can, take the lid off and allow the paint to become solid before disposing of it in your garbage. Residents may take household paint (full or partially full cans) or aerosol paint cans (empty or containing paint) to any of the seven Household Hazardous Waste Event Days held throughout the County (dates and locations are posted each May). There is no charge to use this service.
