How should recyclable materials be set out?
Deffenbaugh makes it easy for homeowners, even those with a high volume of recycling material, to implement a recycling program with their flexible approach towards secondary recycling bins. Deffenbaugh provides the initial recycling bin to homeowners at no cost. Alternatively, homeowners can use their own containers, including trash barrels. These containers need to be well marked with “RECYCLING” or the universal recycling symbol .
Please set recyclables at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on your scheduled pick-up day, and be no more than three feet away from the curb. Deffenbaugh Industries will provide the initial recycling bin to homeowners free of charge. Alternatively, homeowners can use their own containers, as long as the container is well marked with “RECYCLING” or the universal recycling symbol .
