According to General Order 2:04-mc-3328, as amended, and in compliance with the E-Government Act of 2002, the Court requires that personal data information be redacted in all electronic transcripts of court proceedings, filed on or after May 7, 2008. Personal data information includes Social Security numbers, names of minor children, dates of birth, financial account numbers, and personal addresses of individuals.
