How should one achieve a balance between emotional and material wealth?
These are two separate wealth. Emotional wealth comes from values and contentment. Emotional wealth is qualitative and material wealth is quantitative. We need to open up our logical faculties to emotional wealth. Material wealth is for living but emotional wealth makes you a human being. What role do you perceive these values set play in shaping one’s career graph? The value set is essential in a job but they do not necessarily shape the career. The person who adheres to the values might save himself from certain disadvantages though. On the other hand the person without a value set may benefit from certain short-term advantages but would face the disadvantages in the long run. The value set, however, does not increase the competency or productivity of a person. The job often presents with a lot of dilemmas in life where one might compromise.
