How should Office 2007 files be saved when using them in WebCT or on a public webpage?
To date, only a small percentage of Microsoft Office users are using Office 2007. Therefore, for broadest compatibility we recommend that you save to the Office 2003 format or .pdf format. This allows both Office 2007 and Office 2003 users the ability to view the files.
