How should my community estimate baseline rates of adoption required under Section IV.B.2. Application Responsiveness Criteria?
Each community will be required to estimate baseline rates of adoption and disclose the methods used to arrive at its estimate. The method used is at the discretion of the community. If a community has a question regarding the appropriateness of a method for determining the level of community-wide EHR adoption, the lead applicant may email BeaconCommunityGrants@hhs.gov and a program representative will post the response as a Frequently Asked Question on the ONC website.
