How should it be stored? Is it affected by extreme conditions?
For optimal performance, INSTANT POWER batteries should be stored similarly to alkaline batteries, at room temperature or lower. With a two-year shelf life, the unopened Electric Fuel INSTANT POWER battery can be kept in a briefcase, purse, sports-bag or desk drawer and always be fully charged and ready to use. As with any battery product, extreme heat (above 60° C) will accelerate the rate of the battery’s loss of capacity. Storage in extreme cold will not affect the battery, however when used in the extremely cold conditions (below -5° C) the battery will have less capacity.
