How should I use skyFIP if there is not a lot of free disk space on my hard disk?
You will need approx. 1 GB disk space in order to use the skyDSL services, depending on the expected data volume. In case you have partitioned your hard disk, you should check which hard disk partition has enough capacity. You are free to configure your local cache on any drive other than on C:. If e.g. you have more free capacity on drive D: than on drive C:, you should configure your skyFIP cache on drive D.\ You should also individually select the maximum size of the skyFIP cache and of the hard disk that has to remain free. Please make sure that the partition used by the skyFIP cache has been FAT32 formatted because a FAT16 file system may easily be overloaded due to large data volumes.
