It is recommended for many finer finished to use the Counter-Hard twice. After Processing soak top with diluted Counter-Hard for 30 minutes once the day of sealing or days before sealing, or before final dry processing, so top is harder and less prone to surface abrasion for final processing. Soak slab for 30 minutes with dilute Counter-Hard then thoroughly wipe clean. This will make the top very hard and preserve the cement finish, (fine finish), and really densify the top for food prep areas. Let the tops dry overnight, then use a twister pad, green burnishing pad, or light dry grinding with a higher grit, to open the surface back up prior to sealing. Then continue with sealing normal sealing application.
