A – follow these steps: • Complete a “Print Request Form” to accompany your hard-copy original to Document Services. Pads of Pre-Printed “Print Request Forms are usually available in your School Office. If you require additional pads they can be obtained from Document Services. ALTERNATIVELY, you can download a “Print Request” form from here. • Ensure that all the required details on the form are properly completed. • Enclose the completed and authorised form with your originals, and send to Document Services: • via the internal mail service, addressed to “Document Services, Underdale” • by placing your order in the special “Document Services” collection box in the Mailroom on your campus.
