How should I store paint cans?
Curious – You do not want to store the paint outside temperature changes are not good for the paint. As long as you have the lids on them, and they are original cans and in good condition with no holes or rust, you should store them inside. Can you purchase a cabinet and put it in the basement? I would not worry about them being a fire hazard unless you expose them to direct flame!
