How should I store Artisano bread?
Storing: Store in original paper bag if consuming within 24hrs. If keeping our bread for a longer period (up to 3 days) remove it from the paper bag and place it in a plastic bag. Freezing: Bread can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let bread cool, wrap bread tightly in foil, seal in air tight plastic bag and place in freezer. To reheat, thaw 2-3 hours at room temperature. For a crunchy crust, place bread on cookie sheet in 350F (160C) oven for 5 minutes. For softer crust, wrap bread in aluminum foil before placing in your oven.
