How should I start planning a trip?
Purchase all of your concert and show tickets as soon as they become available. There is no point in buying plane tickets to watch an event you haven’t got tickets for. I tend to pick coach class plane tickets. Usually tickets to Reno I would expect to pay between $80 and $200 one way, as I live only a state away. I also usually pick the cheap internet discount deal online, which knocks off $20 or more per flight. If you have a large group, might want to buy plane tickets as soon as you get your concert tickets, otherwise your group will be on separate planes. If your party is only for you and one or two others, then you only need to plan 1 to 2 months in advance, and you should check online on different days of the week to see when the best prices are offered. From what I’ve heard the food at the hotels is very good, and often times buffet style. Register for a hotel room as early as possible to get the type of room you want.
