You can send your Kenco Eco Refills back using the actual Kenco Eco Refill bag! Simply empty out any remaining coffee from the bag, place any additional Kenco Eco Refill bags you may have, tape your label to the package, and drop it off in any Royal Mail post box.

Prepare the collection box for shipping by: 1. Open the top of the box and securely tie the liner bag. 2. Close the top flaps of the box. 3. Tape over the closure inserts at the top and bottom of the box 4. Send the box out from your normal UPS pick up/drop off location. If you do not have UPS service, simply take the box to any UPS location. Please do not call UPS to schedule a custom pick up.
