How should I send my unwanted gold jewellery among other precious metal items that I may have?
We recommend that you send your items via a reputable courier service such as Canada Post, DHL etc. to ensure a tracking system is available and you have adequate insurance coverage. Please ensure to use a padded or bubble bag to protect your contents as sometimes broken jewellery or dental items may have sharp edges. Do not forget to include the completed Gold Edge Form. Seal the envelope securely to ensure that no tampering of the material takes place. (TIP – put your used items in a secured bag or small box first with the form, then place in the bubbled or padded bag to ensure secure packaging).
