How should I report students who attend a Long Term Care Treatment (LTCT) residential facility now that the ESD ID can no longer be reported in the Resident fields?
It depends on how the student has been placed in the facility. Students may be placed in Long Term Care Treatment facilities by more than one way. The reporting institution will have information on how the student was placed. If the student has been placed by a state agency: Resident District – ODE LTCT District ID #3559 Resident School – ODE LTCT District ID #3559 Attending District – LTCT Education Program Contractor ID # – School District or ESD Attending School – LTCT Institution ID # Use tuition type code F for students attending a Long-Term Care & Treatment Center, Hospital Program, Oregon School for the Blind, or Oregon School for the Deaf where the student’s slot is fully state-funded. The school district does not receive State School Funds.
