How should I report exposure from an attachment, endorsement, or rider if it has a deductible different from the primary policy?
It must be reported as a separate record with the applicable deductible code. Exposure from attachments, endorsements, and riders may be reported under the primary policy record only if the attachment, endorsement, or rider covers exposure in the same ZIP Code, is the same FHCF type of business, and has the same construction, deductible, composite windstorm mitigation credit, and BCEG credit as the primary policy. If any of these conditions are not met, the exposure must be reported as a separate record.
