How should I prepare the property for the Virtual Tour shoot?

Your property should be staged as if you’re showing it to a client. Suggestions for the inside of the home are to de-clutter and de-personalize as much as possible, take excess furniture away temporarily and make sure all light bulbs are working. The kitchen should be clean and the counters clear. The photographer will not be responsible for cleaning, picking up items or moving furniture. The home must be ready for the photographer when they arrive. Our photographers can wait no longer than 5 minutes for last-minute preparations. If a longer wait is necessary, we will move to the next scheduled appointment and a $25 fee will apply as well as any mileage if applicable.
