• Drink a healthy amount of water before and after treatment. • Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. • Remove electronics, jewelry, belt and pocket items before the session. • Unhook or remove your bra before the session. • Plan some downtime after your session, when possible. Some people feel energized after a BodyTalk session and others feel like their bodies are processing a lot, so they prefer to rest. The most common reaction is a combination of sensations which passes within 24 hours.
