How should I dispose of used food and/or shipping containers?

The food containers can’t be re-used by us due to federal food safety regulations but the aluminum and plastic containers are recyclable. Our shipping containers are made of recyclable cardboard with aluminum liners. You must separate the aluminum from the cardboard before recycling. Gel packs can be reused by us if you leave them at your door when we bring your next delivery.
