How should I deal with a student demonstrating disruptive classroom behavior?
If the behavior is disruptive to the point where it disrupts the teaching environment, attempt to speak with the student after class or in the Division office. If the student continues to exhibit disruptive behavior, notify the appropriate Dean (or fulltime faculty member in their discipline) for ideas on how to handle the behavior. An incident report can also be generated and disseminated to the Dean of Enrollment Services so that a code of conduct meeting can be convened.
