How should I choose between two compensation plans, flat-fee or % split?
For experienced and active producing agents, we recommend flat-fee program. On the other hand, if you have less than two years full-time experience, or desire high-level supports to close transactions smoothly, then % split is a much better choice. It is up to you to decide how much you like to earn, and how much work and responsibility you want to put into your deals.
