Every member of the family, including teens and younger children, should be included in learning about the disease and how memory impairment affects the person and the family. The Dubin Alzheimer’s Resource Center has books and videos in their lending library geared at answering questions for teens and children as well as resources for middle school and high school students. The Dubin Alzheimer’s Resource Center offers a scholarship program for high school seniors. For information, contact the center at (239) 437-3007 or email DUBINCTR@aol.
