How should I adjust alt/az of the radar in BVR mode?

It was broken. Although the alt and az of the radar can be changed, the radar never detected a target which was more than 6000m vertical separation from your Su27. To find bogies at higher or lower altitudes you had to fly the plane to a new altitude. Fixed in v1.
