How should FALA volunteers conduct themselves at events?
• Alumni are just as interested in meeting you as you are in meeting them, so tell them about yourself, what you study and how the campus has changed since they graduated. • Always smile, introduce yourself and offer assistance or information. • Remember, you are representing Adelphi University, the Office of Alumni Relations and your fellow students. Therefore your goal is to be professional, responsible and courteous at all times. You may be talking to a potential employer and you want to show him/her your best qualities.
