Faculty members are also required to provide a list of supporting documentations (e.g., essay, papers copied off website) and also a suggested sanction. (Suggested sanctions are located on the website). Faculty members should submit copies of supporting documentation to the Office of Academic Integrity, Turley House 1, Eastern Kentucky University. This material will be kept on file.
