How should ECL materials be destroyed?
Using AF Form 1565, itemize all of the materials to be destroyed, identifying the test booklets by test form and booklet numbers. Also list the cassette tapes or compact discs and the scoring keys, and note the quantity of each item destroyed. Shred or burn the test booklets. Cut with scissors or degauss the cassette tapes. Cut up the acetate scoring keys with scissors. Sign the Certificate of Destruction and have a witness attest in writing to the destruction of the materials. Mail the original document to DLIELC/LECT.
