How should collaborative proposals be submitted?
• Collaborative proposals must be submitted in a single, two- to five-page proposal. The cover page should list the lead organization and PI, and the collaborating institutions and their respective co-PI’s. A single budget should be prepared, with collaborators budgeted as subcontractors/subawardees. The lead institution will manage distribution of funds to the other collaborators.
