How should Bush address issues in North Korea versus those in Iraq?
Many critics of the Bush Administration would argue that the reason Iraq and North Korea have been treated differently since October 2001 is a simple three-letter word: “o-i-l.” In spite of the differing natural resources each nation contains, there are tensions that arise in both conflicts, that, at least until now, the current administration has chosen to deal with differently.
