How should an out-of-State students application be handled?
The STAs should provide guidance for determining whether out-of-State students are eligible to participate in the STI program. The HCR does not determine in/out-of-State eligibility for students applying for the STI program. However, STAs may establish individual guidelines for student eligibility as long as they are consistent with the NSTI program guidelines.
