How should an administration notify for the reference situation those assignments of primary services other than broadcasting, which have not yet been recorded in the Master Register?

Firstly, these assignments should be notified for recording in the Master Register under the RR Article 11 procedure using T11 to T14 notice forms. The notices should reach the Bureau not earlier than 3 months before bringing the assignments into use. Then the assignments should be submitted to the BR using the R06 notice type for entering in the reference situation. It is recalled that the assignments notified after 10.05.04 shall be coordinated with all affected administrations pursuant to Resolution GT-PLEN/3 of RRC-04.
