How should Almased be used?
In general, we recommend replacing 2 meals a day with Almased, ideally breakfast and dinner. At lunchtime eat a “sensible” meal: 2-3 oz (size of your palm) of skinless chicken, 1-2 cups of green leafy vegetables or a salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing, and ½ cup of brown rice If the meal plan does not coincided with your regular routine you can eat your normal meal in the evening or morning.
