How should activity be reported for contracts that last from 1 to 3 years?
• Contracts that last for more than one year – begin reporting in that fiscal year and if training continues into the next fiscal year use the end of the current fiscal year date reporting any funds received or invoiced during that fiscal period. For the next fiscal year; continue to report for that year until the training or contract is completed. Example: Contract terms – June 1, 2005 through July 15, 2007 for $5,750.00 June 1, 2005 thru June 30, 2005 received/invoiced $500.00 FY05 report $ 500.00 July 1, 2005 thru June 30, 2006 received/invoiced $2500.00 FY06 report $2500.00 July 1, 2006 thru June 30, 2007 received/invoiced $2500.00 FY07 report $2500.00 July 1, 2007 thru July 15, 2007 received/invoiced $250.00 FY08 report $ 250.
