How should a collar be cleaned between uses?
Each collar and unit must be cleaned after being loaned out. Use an acceptable disinfectant cleaner to clean the collar and the unit. Remember that the unit cannot be submerged, just wipe it clean. The collar, however, can be removed from the unit using a wrench and cleaned however you wish. Be sure to reassemble the collar and unit correctly – be sure the contact points are tightened adequately.
